1. What are MaxxNobel products filled with?	The orthopedic mattresses, dog cushion and dog basket are filled with a combination of PU foam and memory foam. The bench mat is completely filled with fiberfill.
2. Are the covers washable?	You can wash the covers inside out on a hand wash program of 30 degrees. Do not put it in the dryer, it is best to let the cover dry hanging.
3. What sizes are the pillows and orthopedic mattresses available in?	-Small is 80 cm / 55 cm and is suitable for the type of dog French Bulldog, Jack Russel etc. -Medium is 100 cm / 75 cm and is suitable for the dog type Labrador, Keeshond etc. -Large is 125 cm / 95 cm and is suitable for the type of dog Bernese Mountain Dog, Rhodesian Ridgeback etc.
4. What sizes are the sofas available in?	-Small is 90 cm / 70 cm and is suitable for the type of dog French Bulldog, Jack Russel etc. -Medium is 100 cm / 80 cm and is suitable for the dog type Labrador, Keeshond etc. -Large is 120 cm / 85 cm and is suitable for the type of dog Bernese Mountain Dog, Rhodesian Ridgeback etc.
5. What materials are the covers made of?	We have three different materials for the dog cushions and sofas: Leather Look, Cozy Easy Clean and Nano.
6. Do you also sell separate covers?	We currently do not sell loose covers. However, these are in production. Please be patient!
7. What about warranty?	All products come with a 2-year warranty.

Payment, shipping and returns
1. How can I pay via the webshop?	You can easily choose the following payment methods during the payment process: Ideal, Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.
2. How do I receive my package and how long does it take?	We always send our packages with track and trace within the Netherlands via PostNL and strive for ordered today, delivered tomorrow! Due to the circumstances surrounding Corona, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that our products will be delivered the next day. For that reason, we now have a delivery time of 2 days.
3. How much time do I have to return?	Our products can be returned within 30 days if they are unused. We may refuse returns if they appear to have been used.
4. How does the return process work?	If you wish to return an order or part of an order, you can do so by sending an email to c.smith@maxxnobel.nl.
5. Are there any shipping charges?	There are no shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €49.95. For orders under €49.95, €7.95 in shipping costs will be charged.
